The Pill Project
The Pill Project, site specific work, mixed media on paper, 2013
The “Pill
Project” is an artwork in
support of reproductive rights. Each abstract circle is a “pill”
symbolizing contraception. People are asked to buy a pill to enact their
rights to safe and affordable contraception. By engaging with the artwork
and buying a pill the audience is actively showing their support for
reproductive freedom. All proceeds go to Planned
Parenthood. (Pills only sold from shows.)

I've started doing watercolors of more complex compositions. Maybe these can stand on their own, maybe not. Will hopefully use more successful ones as preludes to oil paintings.
